About Us
Are you looking for a sport that's fun but not too strenuous? Then why not come and join us in a game of carpet bowls. No experience necessary -- we have players who are more than willing to give you some free coaching.
All members of Belmont 16 Foot Sailing Club and visitors over the age of 18 are welcome to join us for a game. Although we hold championships in May each year all other Saturdays and Mondays are purely social and lots of fun.
We have about 35-40 players each Saturday and prizes include Belmont Dollars, wine and chocolates. Game fee is $2. Monday games have a slightly lower attendance with a game fee of $1 and Belmont Dollar prizes.
